Traditional virtual tours are not actually virtual reality as they are typically a collection of flat (2D) photographs pasted together creating a panoramic image.

Most traditional tours prevent the user from moving within the space, as they only offer approximately 15 individual locations (typically 1 location per room). To achieve this, spaces are usually captured with DSLR cameras or camera arrays to later paste them, create the panoramic image and then be able to see them in a sphere with special 360 ° players.

A 2be-in 3D Virtual Tour allows the user to freely traverse up to 200 locations within the space as if they were actually there. We use the most advanced 3D capture system consisting of cameras and spatial sensors that capture and scan the space, giving us amazing high definition images and generating a polygonal mesh. The polygonal mesh is then used to create a 3D model which can be explored on any device and even in virtual reality with the use of a Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift or Google Cardboard.
